Octavianus. Aureus (21-22 mm, 7.85 g), Italian mint (Brundisium or Roma?), c. 32-29 BC.
Obv. Bare head to left.
Rev. Triumphal quadriga slow left, the panels ornamented, surmounted by four miniature galloping horses; CAESAR DIVI F in exergue.
RIC 258 (R2); BMC 591; Mazzini 76 (this coin).

Very rare. Well centered on an exceptionally large flan. Slight die-shift on obverse, nick on edge. Very fine.
